We’re looking for a personable and highly organized Scrum Master who will be responsible for ongoing projects.
As a snapshot, we’re looking for someone to join our team who is passionate about mentorship, continuous learning, and has in-depth expertise on topics such as DevOps, data science, visualization, GIS, and full-stack development. Everyone on our team brings their own unique experience. We embrace quality, creativity, and constant collaboration.
About the Role: As the Scrum Master, you’ll be responsible for leading technology project planning, design, implementation, and close-out as well as the management of the Agile sprint process for our teams. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in project or delivery management, have practical experience in Agile software development, and a Scrum Master certification is preferred.

· Proficient in Agile lifecycle management practices and tools
· Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLCs)
· Ability to understand and effectively manage organizational resources (e.g. people, materials, assets, budgets)
· Ability to build ongoing and long-term relationships with stakeholders
· Ability to develop working relationships that facilitate the prevention and/or resolution of conflicts within the organization
